Graham Crunches

I’m back…from a 30 day break and it was difficult to stay away from social media!!! But…I did it and now have lots to share like these graham treats. Do they look familiar??? Well…yes they are really graham crackers embellished with caramel and nuts. Thanks Best Recipes Ever for this great recipe!!!. It is easy…it is tasty…and you will love them!!!

Graham Crunches
28 graham crackers (or enough completely cover the bottom of a jelly roll pan)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. unsalted butter
1 1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
Place graham crackers in a single layer on a lightly greased jelly roll pan. Melt butter over medium heat in a sauce pan. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Do not boil. Yes, you can use the microwave but good luck in cleaning it up if the melting goes too far!!! Remove from heat and stir in almonds. Spread over crackers. (This can be a little tricky). Bake in center of oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees or until just bubbling. Let cool in pan. Cut or break into squares. Store in air tight container.
