You know how it feels to need a sweet…just something to satisfy that sweet tooth…but not something that will take hours to make!!! This little sweet has some great characteristics. It is fast…it is easy…it is sweet and rich.
Chocolate Graham Caramel Nut Bars
28 chocolate graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Melt butter and add brown sugar. Heat only until sugar dissolved, not boiling. Place grahams in a single layer on a greased jelly roll pan. Add nuts to the butter sugar mixture and stir to combine. Pour over grahams. Spread to cover all of them in the pan. Bake at 375 degrees F only until caramel bubbles then remove from oven and cool completely.
